The City of Vancouver is looking to fast-track new or renewing social housing with expidited permiting and rezoning. The proposal is to build a new wood frame, 6-story buildings in existing R3 and R4 zoning in Kitsilano, Grandview, Marpole, or Mount Pleasnt.
